Prince Madrais Alibasa Manuscript No. 103

The manuscript No.103 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains that human beings are from universe elements; water, earth, sky and fire. God gives humanity as a main character of human. When colonialism and imperialism happen to make nature destruction and suffering for other humans, God’s law is being violated. Seeing this condition Prince Madrais asks his rights on Java religion and nation, all the rights that’s supposed to possessed as a nation. As a prince, he has an obligation to guide and make people be conscious to maintain custom, script and culture. All what he do is based God’s words written in book of Pusaka Jawa.
