The manuscript No.82C is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21.5 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, decay, torn and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes human acts which like to make ruction, kill each other, and worship evil spirits. The evil spirits make lust and human suffering. In the other side, he explains land that supposed to be his possession. The queen can easily turn it back on behalf of him just by observing the history of land. However, in the reality many land cases are easily win by people who has authority and power like religious leader.
