The manuscript No.77 is written in a set of loose folios and a bundle of unbounded folios with no cover. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains condition of human and the world. The condition of the world is depends of human action. Human beings are researching life harmony with nature. Basically all religions promise the happines after life. In Sunda religion, to achieve the happines as what God wants is by doing inner self introspection. As other religion, Sunda religion needs a place for gathering. Therefore, he made a plan construction of a place that now called as Paseban Tri Panca Tunggal.
