The manuscript No.71 is written in a set of loose folios. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, taped and yellowing. The writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes why he use Java script in his writing. It is to show the greatness and dignity of Java script equals with scripts of other nation and a way to initiate vibration of humanity which will be a guide for human beings in Java and the world. In the other side, he critisise some group of people who use religion to control over government as what they want and make the condition be undercontrol.
