The manuscript No.54A is written in a notebook with blue cover. The size is 21 x 16.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, perforated and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, and there are some missing words caused by torn paper but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes historical facts about his life, his explanation about indication of disease and his teaching about connection of desire and sense. Initially Madrais did prang Alah because there was a spirit that confesses as God. He only knew God The creator, the ruler of life, the origin of all origin. It had taken a long time to say since he was in Maroke. It must have been difficult for others to understand this but he could feel and prove it when he was brought to court in Tasikmalaya. He got scorn and insult. The one confessing as God was Ratu Palacidra. Explanation about the indication of disease can be known from flatulence, the smells of the feces and farting. It is the mix of food and all smells processed in intestine. The connection of desire and sense is from what we see and heard whether it is proper or not then accumulated in the mind.
