Wylie….mkha' 'gro'i bu mo 'gro ba bzang mo'i rnam thar rgyas ba bzhugs so. The story of Drowa Zangmo. A woodblock printed text on handmade paper with slight variations of size and shape. The first two pages and cover have been replace with handwritten text on modern paper. Wear and tear has eroded the edges of top and bottom pages. Some internal pages damaged too. But otherwise in good condition overall for its age. 29.5 cm x 9.5 cm. . Creation dates: Early to mid 20th Century. 70 - 120 years. Custodial history: A text donated to Dolma Ling nunnery by Buchen Gyurme. It probably belonged to one of three Lama Manipa who had fled from Tibet and who continued to perform wihtin the exile Tibetan communities in India and Nepal. These manipa were Buchen Gyurme (Wylie ’Gyur med), Buchen Norgye (Wylie Nor rgyas), and Buchen Passang (Wylie Pa sangs) Specifics of the actual previous ownership unknown.
