Āhkāmé Carkā i.e. rules of spinning refers to the contemporary political movement under M.K. Gandhi which propagated the task of spinning as essential for all and concludes that for a Muslim, spinning is a virtue for women but a taboo for men. Several religious authorities are called to support this stand.
