Organisation, description and digitisation of the correspondence, photographs and political documents of José Ingenieros and his family collection (EAP1478)

The principal objective of this project is to make available online by digitising and making accessible the correspondence, photographs, writings and journalistic clippings belonging to the multifaceted intellectual of continental gravitation José Ingenieros (1877-1925) and his family's collection (his mother, father and in-laws). This valuable collection contains unique documentation on the political, intellectual, social and cultural development of Latin America. In order to provide unrestricted access to these documents, the project proposes an exhaustive work of preventive conservation, restoration (when necessary), organisation and cataloguing.
