Aims and objectives

This project explores the archives of the historic archive of the Conservatorie “J. Guadalupe Velázquez”, located in the city of Queretaro, and the private archive of Emmanuel Pool. The first one contains endangered music material, scores, teaching methods, unique manuscripts. It requires the creation of a catalogue and a deep exploration of the material to digitise. The materials goes from the mid nineteenth century to the early twentieth century. The personal archive of Emmanuel Pool contains documents from the 18th century to the early 20th century, it requires a catalogue and a digitisation of unique manuscripts and rarely published scores.
